Arm Issues
One morning I woke up and couldn’t move my arm. I used the BEMER on my shoulder with the B pad on a program 2 and in sixteen minutes the discomfort was gone and I was back to normal. Amazing!!!!- Sharon M.

Back
My back used to hurt when I would work in the garden. I would have to lay down and stretch it out before I could get up. Now I hardly have any issues with my back and when I do I just use the BEMER and they go away after a couple sessions. -Patty S.
Usage: For the overall back discomfort I believe the Basic Plan has really helped. When I have an issue I wrap it with the B-pad or B-sit on a program 2 or program 3.

Bug Bites
When we were on vacation something bit my ankles all up. I had puffy raised bumps all over them that itched like crazy! After one BEMER session the itchiness stopped and by morning the bumps were gone.-Patty S.

Burns
I had just taken a pizza out of a 450 degree oven and I wasn’t thinking when I grabbed the pan with my bare hand to move it. I ended up burning my hand really bad! I immediately used the BEMER on it and the blister that started forming went down and so did the discomfort. It took about 3 days to completely heal. – Patty S.

Cuts
We were on vacation and I cut my foot on a sharp shell on the beach. It was bleeding everywhere and pretty deep. I thought that was the end of going to the beach for me. I cleaned out the cut, used the light and p bad on it and I was back on it walking around the island in tennis shoes within an hour and was back to the beach in two days.- Patty S.

Ear Issues
I had wax in my ears and it got so bad that I could barely hear. I put the drops in and it didn't work so I put drops in and used the BEMER too and it really helped loosen up the wax.
Usage: I used the B-spot on the bone behind the ear on a program 1 no plus (program 7)
Foot Issues
I had excruciating feet discomfort on bottoms of both feet!! It was soo hard to walk..I would be in misery! I started to use the BEMER on both my feet, and one day I noticed….I forgot I even had any issues with my feet!! BEST thing EVER!! Now when I even start to feel some feet discomfort coming on, I make sure I BEMER my feet!- Connie M.
Usage: I fold up the B-pad and put on bottom of one foot, then put the B-spot on the other foot bottom and use Intensity 10. (sometimes 2x in a row). I did this morning and night and if I had time during the day as well when it was really bad! Now as soon as I feel a tiny bit of discomfort in the bottoms of my feet I use the B-pad and just make sure both feet bottoms are on a coil, and I use Intensity 10, 1-2/times in a row and they are better right away!
I have issues with the top portion of my feet so I try to make that a priority for daily use by wrapping my ankles with the B pad. When I’ve had an extra active day or days and my feet are in dire discomfort I will also use the B-spot on the worst area after using the B-pad for relief. When I get lackadaisical on using the BEMER on my feet (after about 1 ½ to 2 weeks) I notice a definite increase in the discomfort level and then I immediately go back to using it on my feet.-Nina M.

General Wellness

Hair
My hair used to be really thin so my mom would just cut it. My sister had really thick hair so she had to go have her hair cut. One day my mom was cutting my hair and when she cut the 2 inches off my hair you could notice a huge difference in how thick my hair was. Now it is very thick and healthy just like my sisters’. -Kaylee S.

Intestinal Issues
Hadn't pooped for way to long (always my issue... was doing good for a bit when on higher settings... but now back to stubborn) so folded B-pad trifold... so all coils stacked on top each other... then sat on it to direct the signal to the colon...and BAM!- Connie M.

Knee Issues
I broke my knee when I was in 9th grade (which was a long time ago) and ever since I had discomfort in my knee whenever it would rain. After about a year and a half I no longer can predict the weather. -Patty S.

Leg Issues
When I would do trade shows for my job I used to have to stand all day usually on concrete floors. My legs and feet would be so tired and sore at the end of the day. I started using my BEMER on my legs and feet after those long days and within an hour I would feel back to normal. -Patty S.

Lung Issues:
I used to get horrible sinus infections a few times a year…which then would go into my lungs quickly and last for weeks at a time!! Sometimes directly to my lungs anytime I was around someone with a cold or the weather change!! It was like instant severe lung infection!! When I started using my BEMER…after about 2-3 months in…I felt that tightness in chest and cough coming on! I was really disappointed…but after talking with my distributor…she informed me I may still get sick…but will most likely get better quicker! That’s exactly what happened! First time in 30 plus years I did NOT have to take antibiotics or steroids or breathing treatment to feel better!! Since that time, (now going on 3 years) I have been lung infection free!!!-Connie M.
Usage: I used the B.pad (strap) around my back on program 1 and 2 over and over, 3x in a row in middle of day. I used basic plan in the am and pm still. Note: I was very achy from a lot of BEMERing, but I knew that was a possible effect, and was ok with it, because getting my lungs better was most important! The achiness went away quickly.

Menstrual Issues
I used to get the worst cramps and my boobs used to hurt so bad right before my period. After about a year on the BEMER I don’t even know when my period is coming anymore. I still occasionally get cramps but if I use the P-pad on them they go away.-Patty S.

Nerve Damage
When I was younger, I used to own a baking business and I would burn my hands all the time. I guess over the years it damaged the nerves in my fingers to the point that I could tolerate very hot water and touching hot things without feeling it. When I would wash dishes the water would be so hot that others wouldn’t touch it. Then one day after about 2 years of using the BEMER, I was doing the dishes with the temperature the same as I usually do and it was too hot to put my hands in. I had gotten all the feeling back in my fingers!- Patty S.

Sickness

Shoulder Issues
I was out raking leaves in my yard and I did something to my shoulder that made it too uncomfortable for me to keep raking. I wrapped it with the BEMER and I was able to go back out and keep raking. I had to keep doing it for the next several days until the discomfort was completely gone but it helped me enough to be able to get back out to finish the job. – Patty S.

Sports Injuries
I was playing pickleball and my calf popped. It hurt so bad that I just went down and I couldn’t even touch it. I hopped to the car and went home to my BEMER. After 1 session I could touch it and straighten out my leg. The doctor told me that it was strained and that it would take 3-6 weeks to heal. I used my BEMER several times a day on it and after two weeks I was walking around an amusement park!-Patty S.

Wrist Issues
I had this great accidental positive result when using my BEMER that I was not even attempting to achieve…it just happened! I was going thru my daily routine using the B-Body for basic plan, and using the B-pad across my gut for basic wellness. I would always put my hands over the B-pad while doing my gut just for someplace to rest them. I had been noticing my wrists were sore and loosing range of motion when I would attempt to do pushups or push myself up off floor from a sitting or kneeling position to standing up. I was pleasantly surprised that I realized…wow…my wrists do not have that annoying sore feeling when I go to use them!! So now I always continue to put my hands/wrists over the B-pad when ever possible while using it on other body parts-Connie M.
