Peace, Love and Little Donuts has two great options for your Valentine’s Day gift giving. If you haven’t tried their donuts yet, you are in for a treat. They have so many different flavors to choose from and they make them up fresh. No stale donuts here! Some of the flavors include; Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Shortcake, Salted Pretzel, and Oreo Cheesecake. My favorite is the Shaka Pecan which has maple frosting with pecans and Carmel drizzle. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

​If you are looking for a fun getaway, try Amish country lodging near Berlin, Ohio. They have the most amazing treehouses you can stay in. These aren’t what you think of in someone’s backyard… they actually have heat, air, and no bugs. They even take it to the next level with jetted hot tubs, gas fireplaces, and beautiful porches.
We stayed there with the girls in the winter and had a blast. We brought hot chocolate, games, and bath bombs to add a little extra fun to our stay. While you are there, make sure to eat at one of the amazing Amish restaurants, and if you really want to splurge check out the baked goods.
There are two types of treehouses. The bigger ones are perfect for families and have enough beds to sleep six. They also have smaller ones that are perfect for couples. 

​If you’ve never experienced a salt cave you are in for a treat. We went to the Himalayan Salt Cave in Mentor. Our whole family piled into the salt cave for a relaxing experience.

Want to know what to expect? You take your shoes off and walk on the salt pebble floor to one of the reclining chairs. Then Debbie, the owner, gives you warm salt balls to target your sore spots. Remember to bring your blanket because as you relax the room will seem cool. After you get all comfy, they play soft music and the salt mist fills the air. It is very relaxing watching the salt wall change colors as you breath in the salty air. The smell reminds me of sitting on the beach on our favorite island.
We were all healthy when we went but if you have a cold or sinus issues the cave is supposed to really help you breathe better.

We took the whole family but the cave experience would also be a great idea for a girls night out, a girls birthday party treat, or simply a relaxing night for mom. Although, I will say the guys in our family enjoyed the experience too!
